Bella Vista, AR – The Providence Academy golf teams were in action this week, competing in the second annual First Tee Confidence Classic on September 12-13.  Hosted by the First Tee Organization at the Bella Vista Country Club, the two-day tournament saw fourteen programs in participation, including Bentonville, Rogers, and Har-Ber, among others. 

The Patriots fourth place performance was led by Stiles Hunter and Stevens Hunter, who individually finished in 2^nd and 7^th place respectively out of a field of seventy players.  Cooper Laney, Austin Barker, and Alex Gaston rounded out the squad, and their strong rounds on the second day provided the team with some much-needed breathing room from a charging Fayetteville High School team.
