Coach Weddle is in his 4th year coaching at Providence, and is currently working with Varisty Baseball, Golf, and serving as an Assistant AD. Weddle graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2014 with an undergrad degree in Sports Management and a Master's degree in Teaching. While at the U of A, Weddle also served on the football staff as a student manager, and football operations assistant.
Prior to his time in Fayetteville, Weddle was an all-conference baseball player who also lettered in basketball and golf at Little Rock Christian Academy.
Asked about his choice to join the Providence coaching staff, Coach Weddle responded, "I wanted to coach at Providence because I understand the importance and responsibility of building leaders for Christ. As someone who grew up in a Christian school setting like Providence, I know I can relate to what our student-athletes are going through on a daily basis and I want to help equip them to make a difference in the world when they graduate from Providence."
Coach Weddle is also CPR certified.
Weddle and his wife, Meagan, were married in July 2017, and the couple has a golden retriever named Cooper.
